Maintain.ae is a matching and enquiry platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, maintenance and facility-management services are provided by independent third-party UAE companies.

Submitting a request is free and creates no obligation to accept any quotation. Customers are responsible for reviewing each provider's licence, scope, insurance and terms before engagement.
Accuracy of information
Please provide accurate information in your request. Inaccurate information may lead to unsuitable matches or delays.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Maintain.ae is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers. Any warranty, insurance and remedies are provided by the selected provider.
Prohibited use
You may not use the platform to submit fraudulent requests, misrepresent your identity or interfere with the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
