Service Provider Terms

Eligibility
To join Maintain.ae, a company must hold appropriate UAE trade licences for the service categories it wishes to offer and be legally permitted to operate in the relevant emirates.
Verification
We may request licences, insurance documents, references and other information as part of the verification process. Providing false information is grounds for rejection or removal.
Lead handling
Providers are expected to respond promptly to leads shared through the platform, provide realistic and transparent quotations and maintain professional communication with customers.
Quality standards
Providers must perform work to a professional standard, honour the scope, warranty and terms quoted, and handle disputes constructively.
Commercial terms
Commercial terms between Maintain.ae and each provider are governed by a separate partnership agreement.
Termination
Maintain.ae may pause or terminate a provider account for repeated poor performance, complaints or breach of these terms.
